Cindy started playing in bands back in 2007. Her first "band" was an acoustic cover 

band called "Shades of Shame." It was short lived, that band only played 2 shows 

before calling it quits. Afterwards Cindy found herself in a industural metal band 

then called "Dying Design" She played with them for about 4 years. They recoreded

music, played regularly in the Baltimore scene and still have material up for people

to enjoy. When "Dying Design" split up Cindy and her bass player Greg Lane (also 

from "Dying Design") stuck together and formed "Sweet Suicide."

 

Sweet Suicide formed in August of 2011 and quickly started writing material and

getting back to the stage. Together with Jesse Jenkins, Moses Wells and Ronnie 

Ward Sweet Suicide plans on releasing an EP in 2014 as well as continuing to play

out in Baltimore. Hopefully reaching a further auidance. 

 

Cindy was recently mentioned in a new book titled "Not just tits in a corset." This 

book focuses on celebrating women in metal. Cindy is mentioned along side of some

of the worlds greatest women in metal including; Amy Lee, Lzzy Hale, Doro, Joan

Jett as well as some of her local friends who also front metal bands in the Baltimore/DC/PA area. The book is available now!! And you can order it online at
